Transportation + Parking

Connecting your guests to all your activities is a transportation art.  Through the meeting planning process, we will keep in mind your guests and how they will get from one building to another – Is it in a focused space to walk?  Is it a large group using many buildings and resources requiring scheduled coaches or buses?  Is a bicycle rental plan of interest? 

Whatever your needs, CU Conference Services can coordinate our transportation services to support your guests.

Buses/Coaches
We can set up a variety of arrangements for you including buses for campus transport, shuttles for dinners, receptions and events, and coaches or charters for tours, day trips, or extended excursions.  We can also arrange for individual and group pick-up and drop-off at Denver International Airport.

Parking

Parking permits for campus and residence hall locations can be provided in advance for participants, or can be sold on-site at your group's residence hall during their conference registration or check-in.
