Our Registration Service packages enable you to register guests and run reports to understand who is signing up for your meeting and even how they are responding to your advertising.  We can handle the entire process, meeting your guests and providing them materials at the start of your event – reducing time and effort on you to concentrate on the program itself.

Our Registration Services provides a cost effective means to register your guests. We will create a secure registration site that can be linked to your conference's website, or can build one for you. Registrations are taken online, and via fax or mail. Our Registration Service includes:

  • Processing Registrations
  • Registration Confirmation and Receipts
  • Revenue Collection, Deposit and Reconciliation
  • On-Site Opening Registration
  • Generation of Standard/Customized Reports
  • Creation of Name Badges and Lanyards
  • Creation of Rosters/Tent Cards (upon request)
  • Welcome Booklets (upon request)

 

We handle registrations for groups of 25-6,000.
