Using our one-stop shop services, we can help you with conference pre-planning, on-site management, and post-conference reconciliation. We give you the chance to focus on program content while you can count on us to handle the logistics.

CU-Boulder is architecturally one of the most beautiful campuses in the country. We offer 4,000 sleeping rooms; traditional, apartment or suite style. Meals are served in our dining centers, with packages constructed for each group based on their program needs.

Meeting venues include arena space for 11,000, theater space for 1,100 and a variety of classrooms and lecture halls ranging in capacity from 20 - 500. Hotel accommodations and contracts can be negotiated and arranged year-round.

An experienced conference coordinator will be assigned to your group to assist with all logistics. Whether it's arranging for audio-visual equipment, catering a picnic on Flagstaff Mountain, creating a fun refreshment break experience, shuttling guests, or registering attendees, our experienced coordinators will help you create a memorable, fun experience for your group from start to finish.
