Fiske Planetarium
Seating 210, Fiske Planetarium is the largest facility of its kind between Chicago and Los Angeles. Used primary for teaching astronomy, the planetarium also offers star talks, star shows, laser shows, and space science presentations.
The Connection
The Connection is a fun venue for youth camps and educational groups. It houses 10 bowling lanes, 8 pool tables and a variety of video games, and serves a variety of grilled items and desserts.
CU Museum of Natural History
The CU Museum has one of the most extensive and well-respected natural history collections in the area, housing more than four million fossil and animal artifacts and specimens from the Rocky Mountain region and ancient Southwestern cultures. The museum is open year-round and sponsors lectures, classes, tours and workshops.
Kittredge Hard Drive Café
The Kittredge Hard Drive Café is a fun place for watching sports, playing pool, using your computer, or having an ice cream social. Holding up to 200 people, it is a popular place for youth groups and camps.
University Memorial Center Art Gallery
The University Memorial Center Art Gallery exhibits a variety of visual offerings ranging from student works created on campus, to presentations of internationally recognized artists. It is a great place for receptions and gatherings for up to 35.
Koenig Alumni Center
Visit CU's beautiful alumni center, Koenig, for a reception or dinner. Koenig Alumni Center has indoor space that can accommodate 125 for a reception/buffet and 24 for a seated dinner. During the summer months, tents for outdoors can be rented to serve 150 for a sit down dinner or 200 for a reception.
Flagstaff Stone Shelter
Take your group for a hike and a picnic at the Flagstaff Stone Shelter in the Flatirons Mountains. The stone shelter overlooks the City of Boulder, the Continental Divide, and the beautiful Flatiron Mountains. It is a great area for cookouts, group events, and adventures into the mountains.
The Heritage Center
The CU Heritage Center is CU Boulder's premiere history museum, collecting, preserving and interpreting material culture and documentary resources illustrative of the history of the University of Colorado.
