Meeting Spaces

Having adequate meeting space is essential for a successful conference. The University of Colorado at Boulder campus and residence halls have up to seventy air-conditioned classrooms, lecture halls, and theater style meeting rooms, as well over 50,000 square feet of exhibit space for your group's use.

Our classroom and lecture halls range in capacity from 25-450 people, while our auditorium and ballroom hold from 1,200-2,047. Classrooms vary seating style between fixed seating and movable desks. Individual room set-ups or room changes can be arranged for your group given advance notice. Up to 15 sessions can be held simultaneously in our Engineering Center or University Memorial Center given availability and group size.

Several of our meeting rooms have a full range of audio/visual equipment and offer wireless internet access service. Computer lab meeting space may also be accessed for lab sessions or individual use.
