Room Type

Whether your group is comprised of youth, university students, or professional adults, our housing accommodations can meet your needs. In addition to our standard single or double occupancy residence hall rooms, the CU campus offers halls containing individual rooms with private baths and air-conditioning, as well as ones with a select number of semi-to full-style apartment units.

Every room in each of our residence halls contains an extra long twin bed, dresser, desk, bookcase, chair, closet, and micro-fridge (refrigerator, freezer, and microwave).

We offer televisions for guests in the lobby, lounges, or main common buildings of each complex and vending machines and laundry facilities in each residence hall building. Please contact us for lodging pricing and availability.
