Housing
CU Conference Services plans conferences year-round, providing conference related on-campus housing from June 1st through the first weekend in August each summer. For each conference with on-campus housing, a customized room and board package is created and priced per person, based on nights of occupancy, selected room type, and a pre-selected meal plan. Off-campus housing can be arranged for conferences that take place during the academic year, or for groups that want to offer hotel rooms as a supplement to summer on-campus housing.
Meeting Spaces
For meeting or event space, CU at Boulder boasts a large range of academic and non-academic venues. Space includes classrooms, lecture halls, residence hall facilities, auditoriums, fields, courtyards, the CU arena and the CU stadium. Catering can take place at any venue for events such as receptions, picnics, banquets, and barbeques. Off-campus hotel or conference center meeting/event space can be arranged for conference groups as well.
