Dining

Our Dining Services staff can provide a meal package with menus that are tailored for adult or youth conferences. Refreshment breaks, snacks, receptions, box lunches, banquets, buffets, plated meals, and picnics can be served in addition to regularly scheduled meals. Meals are served buffet style and include main entrees and vegetarian options. Guests dining with us will also have the opportunity to select from our salad bar, dessert bar and beverage station.

CU Conference Services can help you create an event to remember by arranging catering to meet your banquet, reception, picnic, food and beverage break, or other special event needs. On-campus or off-campus, we can work with your budget to plan a menu that will help in creating a great experience for your guests.
