Dan has been Director of Conference Services since July, 2009. He joined the University of Colorado staff in 2000 and specialized in marketing operations and summer lodging for Conference Services. Prior to his current position, Dan was Assistant Director of Conference Services at the University of Colorado. Dan also served as Assistant Director of Residence Life and Assistant Director of the Student Union at the University of Northern Colorado. Dan earned his bachelor's degree in Speech Communication - Human Relations from the University of Northern Colorado.
Dan is a member of the board for the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International (ACCED-I) and he is a member of the Society of Government Meeting Professionals. (SGMP).

Janet has worked at the University of Colorado since 2001. Janet joined Conference Service in 2005 where she assists in marketing operations and summer housing, plus she coordinates services to a variety of special events.

Christina joined Conference Services in 2001. Prior to joining Conference Services, Christina worked in the hospitality industry for over fifteen years. She has planned many conferences locally and nationally along with organizing international trips. She received a bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Meeting Administration from Metropolitan State College of Denver and an associate's degree in Resort Management from Colorado Mountain College. Christina is a member of ACCED-I and Meeting Professional International (MPI).

Virginia is the fourth generation of her family in the hospitality profession. Although she has degrees in Animal Science and Agricultural Economics she has found her calling for over twenty years in conference planning. She lives with her family in their self-built straw bale home in the mountains.
