About Us

CU Conference Services is a self-funded unit within the Department of Housing & Dining Services. We have been providing a full range of conference planning services since 1953, coordinating over 110 conferences annually with up to 25,000 guests visiting our campus each year.

Each conference that comes to CU is assigned an individual conference coordinator who arranges all of the group's conference logistics from start to finish, providing ongoing conference assistance throughout each conference program. We pride ourselves in our extensive knowledge of conference planning and university system operations and strive to provide exceptional service for all of our university guests.
