Registration
- Late Registration fee for regular participants after December 12, 2005 will be $350.00
- Late Registration fee for Students and Retirees after December 12, 2005 will be $90.00
- Registration fees are non-refundable after December 12, 2005
Confirmation
- A confirmation screen will appear confirming your registration. If you do not see this screen, re-submit your registration on-line.
Changes
- Any changes on your registration after you receive your confirmation
should be submitted by sending an email with your requested
change(s) to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax (303) 492-5959.
Please include your name and city/town with changes. Please DO NOT register again.
Cancellations
- A written notice must be faxed to (303) 492-5959 or emailed to
confreg@housing.colorado.edu by December 23, 2005.
Please note there will be no refunds for cancellations submitted
after December 12, 2005.
Refunds
- All regular participant refunds will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.
Students and retirees will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds
after December 12, 2005. Due to costs incurred by USNC/URSI prior to the conference, unforeseen even prohibiting travel will not be sufficient
cause for a refund.
Errors:
- Once you start the registration form, if you make an error please Do Not use the "back" button on your browser. Close the form by clicking the “X” in the upper right corner of your browser window and start again.
