Registration
- $75.00 Student registration fee through July 21.
- $100.00 Post Doctoral registration fee through July 21.
- $150.00 Regular participant registration fee through July 21.
- $100.00 Late Student registration fee starting July 22.
- $125.00 Late Post Doctoral registration fee starting July 22.
- $175.00 Late Regular participant registration fee starting July 22.
- $60.00 Extra banquet tickets are available for spouses, significant others, etc.
*Final Group Rate Registration at the Millennium will be Monday, July 14th. After July 14th, if you are interested in staying at the Millennium, mention the group code of 'SCTEC' when making reservations. If there is still room availability, they will honor the group rate. We can not guarantee the group rate after July 14th.
*Final Poster Session submission deadline will be Friday, July 21st. Posters will be first-come, first-serve.
*Registration will include access to keynote address, all technical sessions and invited speakers.
Also included:
- Morning and afternoon coffee/snack breaks on Thursday and Friday
- Opening Reception Wednesday night and Poster Session Reception Thursday night
- Banquet dinner Friday night

- If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank to:

Confirmation
- For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.
- Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.
Changes
- If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.
- To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.
Cancellations/Refunds/Additional Information
- If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by Friday July 25, 2008 to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.
- For cancellations made after July 25, 2008, a charge of $25.00 will be assessed.
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after Friday, August 1, 2008.
