Registration

• $125.00     Registration fee
• $75.00       Student registration fee

The registration fee above includes: two receptions (beer and wine will be served), morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.

Payment

• If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank to:

Confirmation

• For your convenience, a confirmation screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register your registration is incomplete and you must resubmit your registration on-line.
• Participant housing registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes

• If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, institution, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
• To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds/Additional Information

• If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by noon on August 1, 2008 to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
• For cancellations prior to August 1, 2008, a charge of $25.00 will be assessed.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after August 1, 2008.
