Welcome to the Media, Spiritualities and Social Change conference registration.

Web registration for the workshop will be available until midnight on Friday, May 23, 2008.


Please Note: The University of Colorado, Boulder cannot accept purchase orders.

Registration

  • $170.00 Full Registration fee through April 1, 2008
  • $190.00 Late Registration fee starting April 2, 2008
  • $80.00 Student registration fee through April 1, 2008
  • $95.00 Student registration fee starting April 2, 2008
  • $10.50 Flagstaff Mountain picnic dinner on June 5, 2008

Campus Housing Registration

Campus Lodging Only Package: June 4-7, 2008 are per person rates and include 3 nights lodging, tax and service fee: (No meals are included in the package)

  • $189.12 Single Occupancy Room, June 4-7, 2008
  • $100.48 Per person sharing a double room, June 4-7, 2008
  • $61.19 Extra night per single room*
  • $31.64 Extra night per person sharing a double room*

*To accommodate travel plans, lodging may be extended one night prior to and one night post conference lodging package dates.

Payment

  • If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank to:

Confirmation

  • For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register, your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.
  • Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes

  • If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
  • To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds/Additional Information

  • If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by May 23, 2008 to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or call 303-492-5959.
  • For cancellations made after May 23, 2008, a charge of $50.00 will be assessed.

  • If an error occurs prior to submitting your registration, please completely close out of your browser window and re-connect to restart the registration process.
