Registration

• $475.00 Early registration fee through May 1, 2008
• $575.00 Late registration fee starting May 2, 2008
• $350.00 Early Student Registration fee through May 1, 2008
• $425.00 Late Student Registration fee starting May 2, 2008
• $75.00 Guest Package (Reception, Tour and Banquet)*
• $20.00 Parking (Limited spaces in Lot 436 - 10 min walk)

* to guarantee space for your guest please preregister on-line with your conference registration

Payment

We offer a secure site for credit card payments. On-line payment by credit card is required. HAVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION READY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Confirmation

• For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.
• Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes

• If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
• To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds

• If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax your written cancellation notice by May 1, 2008 to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.
• For cancellations made on or before May 1, 2008, a charge of $50.00 will be assessed.
• No refunds after May 1, 2008.

Errors

• If an error occurs prior to submitting your registration, please completely close out of your browser window and re-connect to restart the registration process.
