Welcome to CPAC Drive-In Conference

Web registration for CPAC Drive-In Conference will be available through Friday, January 25, 2008.


Please Note: The University of Colorado, Boulder cannot accept purchase orders.

Please learn more about our on-line registration process by taking a minute to read this information before proceeding to registration with us on-line. We offer a secure site for credit card payments and encourage all of our guests to pay on-line.

Payment

  • If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank to:

Confirmation

  • For your convenience, a confirmation screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register your registration is incomplete and you must resubmit it your registration on-line.
  • Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes

  • If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.
  • To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds

  • If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by January 25, 2008 to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959. Your refund will be assessed a $12.50 processing fee.
  • For cancellations made after January 25, 2008 no refunds will be given.

Errors

  • If you make an error on this form please completely close out of your window browser and re-connect to restart the registration process.
