Web registration for the National Capstone Design Conference will close at midnight on June 6, 2007.

On-site registration will be available starting June 13, 2007.

Please Note: The University of Colorado, Boulder cannot accept purchase orders.

Registration

  • $ 250.00  Early registration fee through May 12, 2007.
  • $ 300.00  Late registration fee May 13, 2007 through June 6, 2007.
  • $ 350.00  On-site  registration fee starting June 13, 2007.
  • $   40.00  Guest Banquet Dinner Ticket
  • No charge for workshops but space is limited.  Please indicate which workshops you would be interested in attending by checking the box by that workshop on the registration form.  A description of each workshop can be found at www.capstoneconf.org.

Payment

  • If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank to:

Confirmation

  • For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register your registration is incomplete and you must resubmit it your registration on-line.
  • Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes

  • If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
  • To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds

  • Registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received. All registrations must be paid in full by April 30, 2007.
  • If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by May 12, 2007 to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
  • For all cancellations there is a cancellation fee of $35.
  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after May 12, 2006.

  • If you make an error on this form please completely close out of your window browser and re-connect to restart the registration process.
