Registration

• $240.00 Professional Registration fee for those who register before January 4, 2008
• $260.00 Professional Registration fee for those who register after January 4, 2008
• $42.00   SORCE Science Dinner - Wednesday, February 6th, 2008

Payment

• FAX REGISTATION: If you cannot pay on-line and would like to fax your registration in and pay with credit card, print and fax the registration form to:

Confirmation

• For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register, your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.
• Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes

• If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.
• To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds

• If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your cancellation notice by January 28, 2008 to confreg@housing.colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.
• We will not be able to provide refunds after January 28, 2008.

Errors

• If an error occurs prior to submitting your registration, please completely close out of your window browser and re-connect to restart the registration process.
